The WebinarForge learning space: deliver your courses with videos and private PDFs
A webinar grabs attention. A course turns it into lasting expertise. That's why WebinarForge now includes a full learning space, built at the request of coaches and trainers who wanted to pass on their knowledge beyond the live session.
Why a learning space in WebinarForge
Users who launch their webinar with WebinarForge already have expertise to share. But after the webinar, they had to redirect their audience to another course platform for delivery. This break disrupted the experience.
The learning space solves this. It lets you create lessons, embed videos and private PDFs, and grant access to learners — without leaving WebinarForge. The creator's and learner's journeys stay smooth end to end.
Creating structured lessons
Each course is organized into lessons. For each lesson, you define:
- •A title and an optional module to organize the curriculum.
- •Written content with Markdown formatting: headings, lists, links, emphasis.
- •A video via an HTTPS link (YouTube, MP4, WebM). Video privacy depends on its host.
- •Up to 5 private PDFs per lesson, stored securely (10 MB max per file).
Lessons are ordered by position, letting you build a logical learning path. Your learners follow the curriculum in the order you defined.
Granting access to your learners
Access is managed by email address. You add the address the learner uses for their WebinarForge account, and they immediately see the course appear in their "My learning" space. No email is sent automatically: you stay in control of sharing the link.
This simple, controlled approach works just as well for a coach supporting 5 individual clients as for a trainer opening a cohort of 100 learners.
AI-assisted lesson editing
Writing lesson content takes time. The learning space includes an AI chat that helps you structure and enrich your lessons. Ask a question, request a rewrite, or ask for a content proposal: the AI suggests, you validate.
Each AI chat message costs 2 credits. Manual text editing remains free, meaning you can adjust your lessons at will without consuming credits. The AI is an aid, not a replacement: you keep final control over the content.
Publishing and sharing
A course stays in draft while you build it. When you're ready, you publish it. Only published courses are visible to authorized learners. You can switch back to draft at any time to update content.
The course link is shareable. A learner who accesses the link without authorization sees a message telling them they need to be added by the creator. It's a simple and effective safeguard.
Selling courses
Once your course is published, you can enable it for sale (see our article on monetization). The price is set in euros, and each purchase automatically triggers access to the course for the buyer. Payment is secured by Stripe Connect, with a transparent commission.
It's the complete chain: you create the course, publish it, sell it, and the learner accesses it — without ever leaving WebinarForge.
What it changes for trainers
Before, a trainer had to build their webinar in one tool, host their course in another, manage access in a third, and payments in a fourth. Now everything is in the same project. The course is linked to the webinar project, meaning brand memory, offer and strategy directly feed the educational content.
This continuity is what trainers asked for. This is what the learning space delivers.
