What's new on WebinarForge: your broadcast room, paid tickets and an AI assistant that knows your offer

WebinarForge·October 26, 2026· 7 min

WebinarForge is taking an important step: your webinar is no longer just prepared here, it is broadcast here too. Native broadcast room, an AI assistant that knows your offer, paid registration with Premium and VIP tickets, a dedicated replay and a guided journey: here is everything that changed over the past few weeks, what it means for you compared with other tools, and what is coming next.

What changes at a glance

  • •A WebinarForge broadcast room: your recorded webinar broadcast live, for everyone at the same moment, with chat and questions
  • •A room AI assistant that answers with the information you validated with the analyst
  • •More flexible paid registration: any price and up to 3 extra tickets
  • •Access by email: each registrant gets their room link in the confirmation email
  • •A dedicated replay, sent automatically to registrants who missed the live session
  • •A guided journey in 3 phases and 8 steps, with a title suggested by the analyst

Your own broadcast room

Until now, WebinarForge took you from niche to registration page, then you needed Zoom, YouTube Live or another tool for the live session. That is no longer necessary: the WebinarForge broadcast room is included in every plan, free trial included.

How it works

  1. •Add your video: an MP4 file (up to 100 MB) or an unlisted YouTube link, ideal for long webinars
  2. •Pick the date and time: the video starts automatically for everyone at the scheduled time. Latecomers join in progress, like a real live show
  3. •Check the AI assistant information: it is already filled in from your strategy
  4. •Publish: the room link goes out in your registrants' confirmation email

On the big day, you follow everything from the control panel: start, pause, AI assistant and attendee questions. A room welcomes up to 300 simultaneous attendees.

Why a recorded webinar broadcast live

Broadcasting a video prepared in advance keeps the energy of a live event without the pressure of performing:

  • •No glitches during the presentation: no muted mic, no forgotten slide
  • •A polished presentation you can re-record until you like it
  • •Your attention freed up for the chat and questions during the broadcast
  • •A shared appointment that creates urgency, unlike a video available anytime

An AI assistant that knows your offer

During the broadcast, attendees ask about the price, what the offer includes or the guarantee. The room AI assistant answers from what you validated with the analyst: target audience, offer, prices, tickets, bonuses, guarantee and webinar outline. There is nothing to write, and you can add details (a promo code valid for 48 hours, the support contact).

The assistant only answers with this validated information: it never invents a price or a promise. It uses 5 credits per session, for up to 100 answers.

More flexible paid registration

You can now:

  • •Type any price for your webinar, instead of picking from a list
  • •Add up to 3 extra tickets, for example Premium or VIP, each with its own price and perks (lifetime replay, private Q&A session, bonuses)
  • •Get paid directly on your Stripe account, with the platform commission deducted automatically based on your plan

Each attendee gets their room access link in the confirmation email, after payment for a paid event. In your registrant list, you see which ticket each person bought.

A dedicated replay for those who missed it

After the live session, create a replay link in one click. Everyone watches the video at their own pace, with pause, fast-forward and rewind. This link is sent automatically to absent registrants in the replay email, even if the live room is closed. You can turn it off at any time.

A guided journey in 3 phases and 8 steps

Your project now moves forward step by step, without overload:

PhaseSteps
PrepareIdea, Offer, Outline
CreateVisuals, Documents
LaunchRegistration, Automations, Broadcast

As soon as the project is created, you talk with the AI analyst in a single conversation that keeps all the context. It also suggests a webinar title that makes people want to sign up, with the reason for that choice, and you can edit it freely after validation.
